Booking Terms and Conditions
Tour price include:
- Top category tickets (1st / 2nd category) to all concerts and operas specified in the itinerary.
- All accommodation in 4 stars hotels
- Breakfast is included in every day of the tour.
- Entry tickets to all attractions specified in the itinerary.
- Land travel & transfers to all concerts, operas and attractions specified in the itinerary which are over than 10 minutes walking distance.
- Availability of the tour leader throughout the tour for any questions / problems.
- Additional local guides may be used for specific tours / attractions.
- Tips for drivers, local guides and meals specified in the itinerary.
Tour price doesn't include:
- International / domestic air travel.
- Airport - hotel transfers.
- Travel Insurance. You are required to have a comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of your tour.
- Meals that are not specified in the itinerary.
- Any personal expenses.
Payment Policy
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount is specified in every tour.
- For a single booking, you are required to add the Single room supplement as specified in every tour.
- Full payment of the tour cost is due 30 days prior to departure. Failure to complete full payment by the due date will result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation initiated by the customer, for any reason, the refund will be determined based on the time between the cancellation date and the trip departure date, according to the following table.

In the case of a cancellation by a customer who has registered for the trip with a roommate:
In this case, it will not be possible to require the roommate to pay an additional fee for the room, and therefore half of the cost of the hotel will also be deducted from the refund amount.
- More than 60 days before departure -
Deposits are refundable, less any amounts already transferred to suppliers (concert tickets / hotels booking).
- Cancellation up to 60 days prior to departure will result the loss of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation within 7 days from departure will result the loss of all amounts paid.
- If you cancel only one of your double booking, you are required to add the Single room supplement as specified in every tour.
- There will be no refunds for any unused sections of the tour.
- We strongly recommend to purchase a trip cancellation insurance upon registration.
You are welcome to purchase a cancellation insurance policy at your own discretion.
Cancellation of a tour
MusicartsTours.com reserves the right to cancel a tour at its discretion.
If it does so, you will get a full refund of all amounts paid by you.
MusicartsTours.com reserves the right to refuse a booking, at its discretion, without giving a reason. In this case, any amount paid will be refunded.
Force Majeure
Force Majeure includes any event which cannot be foreseen or avoid.
Force Majeure examples: industrial dispute, extreme weather conditions, natural disaster, war, terrorist activity, riot, epidemics, health risks,
technical problems with transport and cancellation / rescheduling of flights etc.
If there is a Force Majeure event which results a tour or a part of a tour to become unavailable and no alternative arrangement of similar value is available,
MusicartsTours.com will try to find the best alternative available and may refund you for any savings made, or charge you for any additional costs.
Itinerary changes
MusicartsTours.com reserves the right to change the hotel to an alternative 4 stars hotel or change the itinerary.
We will inform you of any changes and will do our best to ensure that any change will not harm the tour experience.
Passport, visa
Please note that a valid passport is required for all international travel and it is your responsibility to be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months after the date of your return.
You are also responsible for obtaining all necessary visas required for the tour.
Travel insurance
You must have comprehensive travel insurance and provide evidence of such insurance no later than the final payment due date.
Failure to make a travel insurance by due date will result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
MusicartsTours.com is not responsible for any incidental costs, including but not limited to flight cancellation and travel insurance.
Level of fitness required
All members of the tour must have the ability to:
- Undertake walking tours of one-two hours duration, including using stairs and walking on uneven ground.
- Stand for long periods in museum, galleries etc.
- Get on / off buses, cruise ships without assistance.
- Handle your luggage without assistance.
Illness or disability
If you are suffering from any illness or disability, you must fully disclose your condition at the time of booking.
Failure to make such a disclosure will result cancelling your tour participation without any refunds.
Local laws
All tour's participants are required to obey the laws / regulations of the countries visited.
Failure to do so will relieve MusicartsTours.com of all obligations mentioned in these booking terms and conditions.
